Refund Policy

At My Waggi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return process.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged products caused by wear and tear

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items


🚚 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
